Requirements:

• MD / DO / MDH 
• Internal Medicine preferred but not required (no patients under 18yo)
• NO Board Certification required
• Functional or Metabolic Medicine certification, a plus
• MUST have an interest in plant-based nutrition
• Enjoys collaborating and  working with a multi-modality team
