• 240+ bed regional referral center - serves 350,000 lives
• 200+ physicians 
• 100-130 clinical visits per week
• 40-50 cases per month (Hospital and ASC)
• 1:6 call
• 30-bed ICU
• 12 ORs
• Blocked Time
• 24/7 Anesthesia (both MD and CRNA)
